THE MINTIES INTERVENTION SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Minties Intervention Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 09:15 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. The Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) separate entry periods (“Entry Periods”), each culminating in its own random drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Pet IQ, LLC (d/b/a Minties®) (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Legend PR (“Agency”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and prize suppliers (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) of each such individual, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER/ODDS/RANDOM DRAWINGS: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit (www.minterventions.com) (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete an online registration form consisting of the following required fields: first name, last name, email address, home address, city, state, zip code, dog’s name, a short description “why your dog needs a Mintervention”, and a photo upload to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All Entries and components thereof become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Twelve (12) weekly random drawings will take place on or about the random drawing dates listed in the chart below to select the number of winners for each Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period. Random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period. Non-winning Entries for any Entry Period will be carried forward to subsequent Entry Period(s).

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of artificial intelligence, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent email addresses and/or identities) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized email account holder of the email address associated with the email account used to enter will be deemed the Entrant. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized email account holder associated with their Entry.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT: Prizes will be shipped directly to each confirmed winner at the mailing address provided during registration. No prize acceptance form, affidavit, or release will be required unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Please allow approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks for prize delivery. Prizes will be shipped only to the mailing address provided at the time of registration. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring that their mailing address is accurate and current. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, delayed, or stolen during shipment.

6. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): TWO HUNDRED (200) PRIZES: [Weekly Prizes: Fifteen (15) Weekly Prize winners will be selected for each of Entry Periods #1 through #8, and twenty (20) Weekly Prize winners will be selected for Entry Periods #9 through #12]. Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) package of Minties® Dental Dog Treats and Minties® branded merchandise (for dogs), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $40. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $8,000. Be sure to use the prizes according to any directions provided. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person and/or email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Weekly Prizes will be collectively referred to as (“prizes”). Weekly Prize winners will be collectively referred to as (“winners”). Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes on the prizes. No more than the number of prizes referenced in these Official Rules shall be awarded.

7. GENERAL RULES: No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate Prize of equal or greater value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of a prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Administrator’s/Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses and Entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All Entry material submitted will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mis transcribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone/device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by an entrant’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, the drawings for the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing prior to termination. Any damage made to any website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

8. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Idaho; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Idaho, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Idaho.

9. PRIVACY: Any personal information that an Entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located https://petiq.com/privacy-notice/. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. If Entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide Entrant with information relating to products, services and Sweepstakes of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor. Entrant agrees to receive e-mails using automated technology from Pet IQ, affiliates or vendors on its behalf regarding Pet IQ products and services, at the e-mail address provided at registration.

10. WINNERS LIST REQUEST: For the winners list, available after January 30, 2027 for a period of at least 30 days, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Minties Intervention Sweepstakes Winners, Dept. CC, 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747. Winners List will be sent after the prizes have been awarded.
